Moving out of home, moving to a new location can be a very daunting experience, so it is important that you understand the rental process and what you are agreeing to.
To protect both tenant and landlord rights, you will have to go through a series of checks, we will also require someone to guarantee your rent.
Prior to signing the contract, there are a number of costs that you need to budget for:
- your rental payment
- the deposit
- the bills you have to pay on top of the rent

Returned, refused or re-presented payment – £24
* You will remain responsible for all of the tenant’s obligations as set out in the Assured Shorthold Tenancy until the agreement is formally brought to an end. Please speak to a member of staff in our Letting Department for more information.
