We may find a property for you within a matter of days, so you need to understand the rental process first.
To protect both tenant and landlord rights, you will have to go through a series of checks, we may also require someone to guarantee your rent prior to a time being agreed to sign a tenancy agreement.
Prior to signing the contract, there are a number of costs that you need to budget for:
- your rental payment
- the deposit which is usually the equivalent to one month’s rent (a higher deposit may be required, depending on the circumstances)
- letting agent fees
- the bills you have to pay on top of the rent
FULL BREAKDOWN OF TENANT FEES (all fees are shown inc VAT)
Deposit – equivalent to one month’s rent (a higher deposit may be required, depending on the circumstances (max 6 weeks))
