As Philip & Bethan’s daughter, Meleri has grown up in the family business from a young age. Meleri, graduated from the University of Reading in 2013 after studying Law and subsequently qualified as a solicitor. Meleri has since practiced in Aberystwyth & Birmingham but following the covid pandemic, returned to Aberystwyth on a permanent basis. Meleri’s knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law is unrivalled and invaluable. As a Landlord herself and having been in private and student rented accommodation, Meleri fully understands the process and strives to provide a stress free experience to customers. Meleri has a vast experience in all things property related and is involved in all aspects of the office overseeing the day to day running. She is a key contact for many of our customers. She is very keen to maintain excellent levels of customer service for our customers and prides herself on going the extra mile. Together with her sister, Elinor & Meleri have modernised the business recently bringing it into the 21st century, implementing new ideas and ways of working.
